We are pleased to announce a full-time (1.00 FTE), 9- month tenure-track Assistant Professor position with a focus on the economics and policy dimensions of forest-based climate solutions. Development of sound policies to address global change will require understanding of the conditions for thriving social and ecological systems. Forest Ecosystems & Society is a diverse department where faculty from across social and biophysical disciplines address issues of conservation and sustainability. The new colleague will augment our efforts to understand and utilize the potential of forest ecosystems in responding to climate change.
