Recognizing this need for GIScience experts, Michigan Tech's College of Forest Resources and Environmental Science (CFRES) has developed a new online 9-graduate certificate: Foundations in GIScience for Natural Resources. This certificate is available in Fall 2024. And this program is just the start. Foundations in GIScience for Natural Resources is one of the three stackable certificates that will comprise CFRES's new online MS degree in GIScience (currently under development.).
